The focal point on the wall in the restaurant is an artist's impression of the Gypsy Girl floor mosaic in Zeugma, in the south east region of Anatolia, Turkey.
Zeugma is likened to Pompeii as it was buried for 2,000 years before being excavated. Many of the antiquities that have been found can be seen in the Gaziantep museum.
